Effects of Various Gymnastic Exercises on Selected Motor Fitness Components of School Students

Abstract Purpose: The study was to clarify the influence of six-week various gymnastic exercises on selected motor fitness components school going students. Materials and Methods: Thirty boys students (age = 14 16 years) were randomly assigned experimental group (n=30) control (n=30). All student from Jain International School, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Various included in training session 6 times (each 60 minutes) per week over weeks as part their usual weekly regime. Both groups gymnasts tested before after training. Motor performance measured through standard procedure with help expert under direct supervision experimenter. For analysis data statistical mean, deviation ‘T’-test used. level significance set at 0.05 (p ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, there a significant effect group.
